Pretrial Assistance to Support Success (PASS) Program  

The Pretrial Assistance to Support Success (PASS) Program is administered by the Missoula County Community Justice Department in coordination with the Missoula Municipal Court. PASS provides support services to pretrial defendants referred by the court, which includes engagement and correspondence with defendants regarding their court dates, assistance with ensuring compliance with pretrial conditions of release, and guidance with accessing programs and services available to defendants in the community.
