Through public and private partnerships, the Community Development Division: 

• Convenes community partners to tackle some of our community's most important challenges.
• Increases and diversifies housing options that are affordable to all levels of our community.
• Ensures a strong safety net for houseless residents through the administration of the Missoula Coordinated Entry System and stewardship of the community strategy to address houselessness.
• Provides renewable energy, community resilience, and zero waste opportunities for Missoula.
• Supports economic development and environmental cleanup opportunities to help our community grow.
• Administers federal grants effectively and responsibly to support key community priorities.
