Scott Street-Ravara Groundbreaking!

Dear Neighbors,

After many years of hard work and determination by community members, construction for the Scott Street-Ravara housing project is starting next week! The first step is excavation work on the north end of the property near Rogers St. starting on approximately March 18. 

Mayor Andrea Davis and partners will kick of construction with a groundbreaking on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony is expect to last about 15 minutes total. The groundbreaking will take place at the location noted on the attached map (on the Scott Street property off of Shakespeare St). This marks the start of construction of the Community Land Trust portion of the project, Missoula's largest development of income restricted for-sale units. 

Partner organizations who are making this project possible will attend the groundbreaking, including Goodworks Ventures and Ravara Development, the North Missoula Community Development Corporation (NMCDC), City Councilors, key community members, the Missoula Redevelopment Agency Board, and City staff.
