Dear Contractors,
 With the construction season rapidly approaching, we’d like to spend an hour with you to go over changes to the Missoula Public Works Manual that may affect construction this year and answer your questions and concerns. These changes include a requirement for two-year maintenance bonds, weekly construction documentation, and no more five-year warranty letters for missing utility photos or inadequate infrastructure. We will give a quick presentation on the changes and leave plenty of time for questions. The presentation will be geared towards Contractors and construction but developers, landowners, engineers, and others in the development community are welcome to attend as well. Feel free to send this invite to others.
