January 1, 2026 Fine Increase
On June 2, 2025, the Missoula City Council approved an ordinance allowing the Missoula Parking Commission to increase fines, following approval by MPC's board on April 8, 2025. This change took effect January 1, 2026. The first violation issued after January 1, 2026 is the first violation to count towards escalation under the new fines.
