The Conservation & Climate Action Plan (CCAP) Technical Advisory Team was formed as part of Resolution 7753 (PDF), adopting the City ofMissoula Conservation & Climate Action Plan. The Team advises the Energy Conservation Coordinator in plan implementation, progress monitoring, review and reporting. The Team consists of eight members, four appointed by the Mayor and four appointed by the City Council from the Energy and Climate Team. Members bring cross-sector expertise, ingenuity, and experience and serve as an invaluable resource to the City's operational goal of carbon neutrality by 2025.
