Bidders shall bid on bid proposal forms addressed to City of Missoula Streets Operations & Maintenance,
enclosed in separate sealed envelopes, with separate bid security for each bid, plainly marked on the
outside: “Proposal for City Project No. 101-2023 (1) 500 Tons of Emulsified Asphalt”; or “Project No.
103-2023 (3) 2,000 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt”; or “Project No. 105-2023 (5) 4,000 Tons 3/8-inch Seal
Coat Aggregate”; or “Project No. 106-2023 (6) 3,000 Tons 3/8-inch ‘Driveway Grade’ Hot Mix Asphalt”;
or “Project No. 108-2023 (8) 1,500 Tons Drain Aggregate (sump rock)”; or “Project 110-2023 (10) 5,000
Tons ½-inch Winter Traction Aggregate.”
