    1. Your PIN is only valid at long-term meters. Payment can be made using zone 4062 for any license plates that have been reported to the MPC office.
    2. Your PIN is only valid for a period of six months. After six months, you will need to renew your PIN. Renewals requests can be made by emailing parkingadmin@ci.missoula.mt.us. Please reference your PIN and license plate numbers for all renewal requests.
    3. The long-term meters will only allow you to utilize your PIN once per day.
    4. All outstanding citations for all vehicles must be paid prior to PIN issuance or renewal.
    5. The Parking Commission reserves the right to terminate and/or deny the PIN holder a new PIN at any time for any reason deemed necessary by Parking Commission staff.

    **Note - the state of Montana does not recognize the letter "O" as a license plate character, even on personalized plates. Everything that looks like an "O" is a zero! **
