Public Works Services During COVID-19

To protect the health of the public and our employees, the City is changing the way we deliver services and conduct business during this incident of COVID-19 associated with the coronavirus.

The Public Works Department is committed to this and will remain responsive to our customers’ needs in an emergency. At this time, we are making the following changes to our regular services:

Missoula Water:

—All non-emergency services in customers’ homes have been suspended.

—The customer service counter in our office at 1345 W. Broadway is closed, but we will accept payments in the drop box outside the front door.

—Requests for ditch cards, water main information, and tap applications can be made by calling 552-6752 or by emailing dispatchw@ci.missoula.mt.us.

To pay your utility bills:

Sewer—Pay online at http://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/1351/Pay. Use the drop boxes at 435 Ryman St. and 1345 W. Broadway. Mail to P.O. Box 5388, Missoula, 59806 or 1345 W. Broadway, Missoula, 59801. Pay by phone at 552-6125.

Water/Storm Water—Pay online at http://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/1351/Pay. Use the drop boxes at 435 Ryman St. and 1345 W. Broadway. Mail to P.O. Box 5388, Missoula, 59806 or 1345 W. Broadway, Missoula, 59801. Pay by phone at 866-790-7218 or 552-6700.

The City of Missoula’s Wastewater, Storm Water, and Street Maintenance Divisions will continue normal day-to-day operations.
