Vacation Leave
Eligible employees may use vacation leave after six months of employment. Vacation leave is calculated as follows:

Sick Leave
Eligible employees may use sick leave after 90 days of employment. Sick leave is calculated as follows:
  • All eligible employees - 96 hours per year
    • Accrual rate per pay period - 0.04615 x number of hours worked
Holidays
Eligible employees earn holiday pay for the following legal holidays:
  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Indigenous People's Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Election day of even-numbered years
