The Civic Stadium is a community facility that will be used by the community for a variety of purposes in addition to the intended use of minor league professional baseball. Extraordinary events are events which, by their nature, require observance of specific provisions to protect the interests of the community as well as those of the affected neighborhood. Each extraordinary event shall be reviewed by a Civic Stadium Extraordinary Events.
