Youth Camp Waiver - please complete, print and send with your child on the first day of camp

Camp dates, times, locations, fees

  • MORE camps feature highly-trained staff in technical outdoor recreation skills, positive youth development and experiential learning.  
  • LOW participant-to-staff ratios!
  • Helmets and other protective equipment are provided for campers and are required to be worn while participating in biking, skateboarding, climbing and the ropes course.
  • We will provide all safety equipment needed for camp.
  • Campers will be required to wear the provided life jacket during all water-based activities.  We provide type III PFDs for all participants.
  • CAMP FEE INCLUDES: Instruction, transportation, equipment, and fun! Fee for camps with an overnight includes meals, snacks and camp equipment. Packing lists for things you will need to provide will be emailed out before camp starts

Survival Skills
Revamped for 2018 and a MORE Program favorite! We will learn the basics of outdoor survival in the wilderness of western Montana—including flint and steel, shelter building, water purification, paddling and navigation. Camp includes rafting, hiking, kayaking. Selected weeks will have overnights!   Activity #: 2230323

Wheels and Woods
Thrill even the most active kids with mornings filled on skateboards and bikes. In the afternoon, camp retreats to the woods for hiking, fort building, river time and survival skills. Activity #: 2230320

OWL – Outdoor Wilderness Leisure
There is more than one way to enjoy the great outdoors. This camp is perfect for kids who want to explore chill activities while in our parks and outdoor spaces. Ukulele lessons, drum circles, painting wilderness landscapes, photography, tie-dye, gardening, cooking over a fire, hiking and so much more!  Activity #: 2230305

GoPro Camp
Campers will bring home an epic movie of their adventures in this one-of-a-kind film and adventure camp. After breaking into production teams, campers will shoot footage of their team rafting, rock climbing, skateboarding, biking, climbing and general awesome adventuring. On Friday at pickup we’ll premier our movies for friends and family. Activity #: 2230309
Go Pro Rippers is geared to 5-12 year olds; Go Pro Groms is geared to 10-14 year olds

River Wild!
Fly fishing, riparian education via snorkeling with the Clark Fork Coalition, paddling kayaks on flat water, learning about Lewis and Clark’s river travel, and rafting through town will make up the beginning of the week. On Thursday we’ll paddle the Blackfoot River on an overnight rafting campout filled with good food, campfires and friends. On Friday morning we’ll pack up and paddle back to Missoula. X-Games Ninja Warrior Camp
Kids will center their energy, mind, and sense of adventure in the latest adventure recreation trend. A ninja warrior needs be a master of many skills, so we’ll swim, raft, skate and bike our way through different obstacle courses and tests of courage. To round off our ninja skills, our own MORE Martial Arts instructor will focus on martial arts, yoga, and tumbling. Activity #: 2230319

Mountain Kids Camp
Ages 5-9. Boundless smiles and adventures go hand in hand in our Mountain Kids Camp. While the older kids head north, this age group will hit the Bitterroots for all they have to offer. Campers will explore the MPG Ranch, hike to peaks and fire lookouts, make power food with Green Source, bike, and rock climb among boulder batholiths and sage. Thursday night we’ll camp below the scenic cliffs of the Bitterroots. After a morning of kayaking on a mountain lake we will head home to share our adventure stories!   Activity #: 2230329

Fishing, Flies, and River Guides
We can’t wait to share our love for all things river during this week-long adventure into the life of a river guide. Includes rod and reel fishing, angling art, fly fishing and tying flies, flat water canoeing, whitewater rafting , campfire cooking, and an overnight raft trip.  Activity #: 2230306

Climb On!
A perfect week for your aspiring climber. Instructors focus on technique and skills for indoor and outdoor climbing. We’ll climb at the indoor gym, our ropes course and outdoor climbing locations. Mornings will be spent climbing and afternoons we’ll retreat to local rivers and lakes to cool off.  Activity #: 2230303

Camp Cooks and Overlooks
Cooking in the woods takes a special skillset. Campers will learn to operate stoves, Dutch ovens, and cook over a fire. They’ll plan and prepare awesome camp meals while we are out rafting the rivers and hiking to amazing overlooks throughout the Missoula and Bitterroot Valleys.  Activity #: 2230302

Last Blast Adventure Camp
Celebrate the last week of summer with our action packed Last Blast camp. Adventure of all kinds awaits. From rafting to swimming, biking and hiking—let’s go out in style.  Friday brings us to our annual ice cream and Splash day!  Activity #: 2230332
